We can advise you on every detail from start to finish, or we can simply act as a consultant for important decisions. We pride ourselves on our ability to communicate clearly with you and explain the why and how of each stage of construction. No set of drawings we receive is ever perfect, if we find any flaws we will provide a cost effective solution that works!

Warranty and Service

Once you move into your new space, we want you to cherish it for years to come. We’re committed to our craft and pride ourselves on delivering uncompromising workmanship. As part of our quality assurance standards, all our homes come with a 10-year structural, 5-year building envelope, 2-year distribution and 1-year labour and materials warranty through the Alberta New Home Warranty Program. At the end of the day, we live in the same neighborhood and stand by our work 100%.

Interior & Exterior Selections

Flooring, architectural trims, baseboards, decorative hardware and any unique features—we’ll guide you on these interior selections, prior to drywall completion. Our team will also help narrow down the choices of paint colour, flooring and wall tile that align with your home design. On the outside, we will advise you on windows and doors, shingle selection, decking and siding colour scheme while detailing accents that will make a statement.  Overall, we help you make informed choices that fit your style and budget.

Possession

As our talented trades construct each element of your home, consistent and straightforward communication is key. We will maintain regular contact with you, providing a coherent vision throughout the entire building process. Then, after months of dedication, construction is finally complete. We take you through a pre-occupancy tour to tie any loose ends and address any final items. After one final occupancy walk-through, your home is yours at last.
